I’ve been attending groups at Prospect House for over ten years. I have learned not to project negative thoughts. Its vital to have coping skills. I’ve learned how to make friends. I take mood stabilizers like vistaril and celexa. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Other things I’ve learned are self esteem and confidence. You learn at Prospect House to live in the moment. I feel the benefits all the time since I have been a member. You can conquer shyness, and are accepted for who you are. I highly recommend becoming a member.
